The Showroom was adopted for both internal and external communication, and it has been utilized in product development, sales as well as in various events, trade fairs, and websites. At first, it offered an innovative way to make work easier and to explain solutions. Since then, it has become a permanent part of our operations.
Case: Showcasing spare parts
A Showroom was created to support spare parts sales for clients who had trouble visualizing available parts. Interactive 3D models were added, making it easy to visualize the different parts and where they belong. Additionally, the solution was connected to a website with links directing users directly to the relevant spare part. This made the purchasing process smoother and increased awareness of the spare parts selection.
Case: Visualizing the features of a device
To support a client’s sales, we built a Showroom to showcase the features of a device at trade fairs and customer meetings. The solution consists of an interactive 3D model that was enhanced with technical information and videos. This implementation made it possible to showcase the device without a physical model, in a visually informative way.
THE DELIVERY PROCESS
How is a Virtual Showroom made?
Creating a Virtual Showroom follows a distinct process. We design, build and publish the virtual environment in close collaboration with our client, ensuring the final result meets objectives and is ready for immediate use.
Goals and Contents: Together, we define the goals for the Showroom and determine which spaces, products, or services will be showcased.
Design and Materials: We produce the necessary images and 3D models on behalf of our client. If pre-existing materials are available, we can also make use of them.
Production and Finalization: We create a proposal based on the set goals. The client provides feedback, after which the showroom is finalized.
Publishing and Maintenance: The Showroom is published in the agreed format (e.g. a browser link). We also provide ongoing support and content updates as agreed.
