Engineering services

Our professional engineering services cover everything from brainstorming and conceptualization to detailed designing and manufacturing. Our goal is to create functional, sustainable and cost-efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs and fullfill all necessary requirements. In addition to our own specialists, we rely on a large network of experts to make sure that the project team has all the relevant know-how.

In design, we aim for both usability and a polished outlook, and prioritize product safety, functionality and durability in all our projects.

Our team masters different manufacturing technologies and design objects. We strive to understand the specifics of your product and operating environment, and always take those into account before starting the job. We will also involve the manufacturers already in the beginning of the project. This improves the quality of engineering work and reduces the need for correction rounds.

Mechanical engineering

Mechanical engineering provides professional design services and consultation for making mechanical systems or components. Mainly we use SolidWorks, but also operate other commonly used CAD-systems. We make 3D-models, drawings and layouts, and select the components. If agreed, we'll handle all communications with manufacturer or even the whole manufacturing process.

Also the structure dimensions and strength calculation can be included in our services. Static and linear analyses we make with our own tools, the more complex ones we'll include through our network. Industrial design and usability is in the core of our projects.

Electrical engineering

We design electrical systems efficiently to all kinds of projects. We are fluent in mobile machinery and industrial equipment/machines. We use our modern tools to prepare circuit diagrams, wiring harnesses and other manufacturing documents. We can also do embedded system design, component procurement, or power stations.

Automation and software engineering

We have smart automation solutions for all kinds of needs. We are familiar with PLC logics, CNC controls, servo drivers and frequency converters. In addition, we design systems for e.g. mobile machinery. Our area of expertise includes PLC programming, C code and Codesys programs. We are also happy to design and implement user interfaces and control panels with their labels. Comissioning is an essential part of the process, and we will take care of your project from start to finish.

Hydraulic engineering

We are professionals in design also the hydraulic systems' dimensioning and controls. We select components, desing diagrams and controls to even the most demanding projects. We have the know-how for both industry and mobile machinery hydraulics, and expertise in water and digital hydraulics. In addition, we design pneumatic systems as needed. We can also help you replace hydraulics with electronic applications.
